Tiffany Eneas, 43, has been a franchisee for Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness for five years.

“Having worked in the fitness industry for many years, I felt I no longer wanted to just help people look good in their swimsuits but to help them make life changes to improve their fitness and, more importantly, their health.

I find my classes extremely rewarding, particularly when one of my members featured on the front cover of the Rosemary Conley Magazine after losing 5 st in one year. That, of course, was fantastic but I feel the same way when any of my members lose weight, no matter how much. I have also enjoyed immensely the successes of those who have run the Race for Life when before joining my classes they struggled to walk. I’m so proud of them all!”

Tiffany continues to set an excellent example by running the London Marathon twice. She has also led the warm up for the Race for Life for the past four years.

“There is definitely something magical standing on the stage in front of 9,000 women all there for the same reason and watching them have fun doing the choreography that I put together”

Tiffany sees her future continuing to help, support and motivate to her members to achieve their desired goals.

“This in turn will help my business grow and succeed to a new level. I have now been running my business for five years so I am looking forward to the next five years”.
